5. Health Guarantee (for Whiskey Accessories)

If your order includes whiskey-related accessories (e.g., glassware, decanters), we provide a limited guarantee against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

The following actions will result in a breach of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Fraudulent Activity: Attempts to defraud us, including fake returns or false claims, will result in immediate termination of services and potential criminal prosecution.

  1. Mandatory Arbitration:
    • Any disputes arising from your use of our services or purchase of products shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
    • Arbitration will take place on an individual basis only —class actions, collective proceedings, or representative actions are prohibited.
    • The arbitration will occur in Kosciusko County, Indiana , unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  2. Waiver of Jury Trial:
    • By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you waive your right to a trial by jury or participation in any class action lawsuit.
  3. Small Claims Court:
    • If your claim qualifies, you may file a lawsuit in Small Claims Court in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question.
