We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Full payment must be received before your order is shipped. If a payment is declined or fails, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If your order includes whiskey-related accessories (e.g., glassware, decanters), we provide a limited guarantee against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This guarantee doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • Individual Arbitration: Arbitration will take place on an individual basis only. Class actions, collective proceedings, or representative actions are prohibited.
  • The arbitration will occur in Kosciusko County, Indiana, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Waiver of Jury Trial: By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you explicitly waive your right to a trial by jury or participation in any class action lawsuit.
  • Small Claims Court: If your claim qualifies, you may file a lawsuit in Small Claims Court in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
