- Orders placed by individuals not of legal drinking age will be canceled without exception, and any associated fees (e.g., restocking fees for attempted fraudulent purchases) may be applied.
2. Product Availability & Accuracy
- Availability: All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Due to the rare and limited nature of many of our offerings (e.g., Karuizawa, MACALLAN EXCEPTIONAL SINGLE CASK), items may sell out quickly. We strive to keep our inventory updated, but occasionally a product may be unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.
- Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, vintages, bottle sizes, and images. However, errors or discrepancies may occur. In the event of a significant error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for a product with incorrect information.
3. Order Placement & Payment

- We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
- Payment is processed at the time of order placement.
- All transactions are secured using industry-standard encryption.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Restrictions: Due to the complexities of alcohol shipping laws, we may not be able to ship to all states or international locations. Please check our Shipping Policy page or contact us directly to confirm if we can ship to your address.
- Adult Signature Required: All alcohol deliveries require an adult signature (21+ in the USA) upon receipt. If an adult is not available to sign for the package, it will not be left, and re-delivery attempts or pickup arrangements may be required.
- Delivery Attempts: Shipping carriers typically make multiple delivery attempts. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or inability to obtain an adult signature, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs or a restocking fee if the order is canceled.
- Packaging: All bottles are securely packaged to minimize the risk of breakage during transit.
- Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- All sales are generally considered final due to the unique and often collectible nature of our products.
