Every bottle in our collection, from the distinguished Scotch Whisky and MACALLAN expressions to the highly sought-after Karuizawa, HIBIKI, YAMAZAKI, and MACALLAN EXCEPTIONAL SINGLE CASK releases, is meticulously sourced and authenticated. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery to allow us to promptly address the issue. To expedite the process, please provide:

Your order number
A clear description of the damage or discrepancy
Photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging (if applicable)

Upon review, we will work with you to arrange for a return, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll do our best to resolve any issues swiftly and efficiently.
